- Returns must be notified via email to info@honeyhealthandwellness.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order
- The item/s must be returned in its original packaging.
- The order is to be shipped to our returns address : PO Box 7141 SHOP 4 170 MARTIN STREET BRIGHTON VIC 3186
- Shipping for returns is to be paid for by customer.
- Once the product is received by our team only then will a full refund will be processed.
- Although we are more than happy to refund your item/s we will not assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit. Therefore recommend ensuring your item is posted via registered post. Honey Health And Wellness will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
- Please include your original order number in your email in order for us to track this back to your payment and issue the applicable refund.
- Once your return has been shipped we request that the tracking number is sent to info@honeyhealthandwellness.com.au.
- All other returns and refunds will not be accepted outside of a 30 day period since receiving your order.
