Refund Policy

Returns must be notified via email to within 5 days of receiving your order & must include a photo of the fault, a description of the fault as well as proof of purchase. The faulty item must be received back within 14 days of the purchase date to be replaced or refunded. The item must also be returned in its original packaging and unopened.

Although we are more than happy to refund your item/s we will not assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit. Therefore recommend ensuring your item is posted via registered post. Honey Health And Wellness will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Please include your original order number in your email in order for us to track this back to your payment and issue the applicable refund.
